It is the only carpet cleaning method classified as deep cleaning because it gets beneath the surface of the carpet. How? Our process uses a combination of high water pressure for agitation, hot water mixed with a strong (yet safe for your family, pets, and our planet) cleaning agent and a powerful vacuum system.

(This method is frequently called "steam cleaning" due to the fine spray of hot water. Real steam is not used, however.)

Many other processes are considered "light surface cleaning" because they are not capable of removing soil deep in the pile. Many of these other methods leave large amounts of cleaning agent in the carpet after cleaning.
